Once you upgrade to Th4 base, you can add new buildings:

• 1 Air Defense
• 1 Mortar
• 25 Walls
• 1 Army Camp
• 1 Barrack
• 1 Spring Trap

Resource Upgrades

In Resources, you can upgrade:

• 1 Elixir Collector
• 1 Gold Mine

Balloon - Now you will get balloons once you upgrade your barrack to level 4.
